Disability Sensitivity and Inclusion is a 1 hour online training that covers basic etiquette and inclusion practices for individuals, companies and organizations who interact and work with individuals who have a disability. Being more sensitive and competent regarding disabilities not only helps you to better serve the individuals you work and interact with, but, in the workplace, it also supports employees with disabilities to feel more comfortable and work more productively.

• Basic disability etiquette
• Building communication skills
• Conflict management

Online trainings are not “scheduled”, online trainings can be accessed and completed on your own time.
